Richard Fardon - Chapter
17
Chapter 17 ~
P - Richard, son of Richard and
Mary |
Little is known about Richard, who was a blacksmith and who died in his
early sixties almost certainly unmarried.
Richard was born on 17th March 1795 in Ford, Temple Guiting
parish. The next "sighting" was in 1851, when the census showed him living with
his half-brother James and family at Toddington. Both were listed as
blacksmiths, and it is thus probable that he was working with James. He was
aged 58 and unmarried. He died in 1856.
